With summer coming to an end and the nights drawing in, spirits have been kept high in the studio with the weekly promise of baked goods. As a team we have been following along with the Great British Bake off, with everyone taking it in turns to make one of the weekly tasks, with the additional challenge of making it vegan!
Highlights have included Richard's infamous chocolate bomb, and Maia's unparalleled custard cremes! Below is Mary (and her mum's...) contribution, two lemon drizzle cakes one vegan and one with a few precious eggs. The flavour of the vegan cake won out but the fluffy texture of the OG BeRo recipe was enjoyed by all!
